Privacy Policy

For the Tung Tung Tower mobile game · Effective July 3, 2026

The short version: Tung Tung Tower has no accounts and no sign-in, and we don't collect your name, email, or contacts. Your high score and settings stay on your device. The only data leaving your device comes from the ads we show (Google AdMob), and those ads are served non-personalized — they are not used to track you.

1. Who we are

Tung Tung Tower ("the app", "we", "us") is an independently published game. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at michael.durrani21@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

On-device game data. Your best score, sound preference, and similar settings are saved in your device's local storage. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Deleting the app removes it.
Advertising data (via Google AdMob). To show rewarded video ads (the optional "Revive" and "Double" buttons), our ad provider Google AdMob may collect a mobile advertising/device identifier and basic usage and device information (such as ad interactions, approximate region, device type, and operating system). We request non-personalized ads only, so this data is used to show and measure ads — not to build an advertising profile of you or to track you across other apps and websites.
What we do NOT collect. No account, name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information. The app has no login.

3. How ads work & third parties

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google processes the advertising data described above to deliver and measure ads. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to serve ads through the provider above.

4. Children's privacy

Tung Tung Tower is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we serve non-personalized ads only, the app does not use children's data to build advertising profiles. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it.

5. Your choices

Limit ad tracking. On iOS you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising.
Clear on-device data. Deleting the app removes your saved score and settings.

6. Data security & retention

Because we don't operate accounts or collect personal information directly, there is no personal profile stored on our servers. Advertising data is retained by Google according to Google's policies. On-device data persists only until you clear it or uninstall the app.

7. International users

The app is available in multiple regions. Advertising data may be processed by Google in the United States and other countries where Google operates, subject to Google's safeguards.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
